This role will involve talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and much more! 12. Key Responsibilities:
13. Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
14. Support HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
15. Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and handle conflict resolution.
16. Conduct performance reviews and provide guidance to employees on development opportunities.
17. Requirements:
18. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
19. 3+ years of experience as an HR or work related in management or general business or in a similar role.
20. Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations or a one trained to learn the regulations.
21. Be proactive and self-taught.
22. Computer skills is a must.
